MALLORCA FOR GOURMETS
A nice bottle of Mallorcan wine will be waiting for you in your room alongside a special amenity prepared by our chef and inspired by one of the most classical Mallorcan recipes: the Gató de Almendras.
You will also be able to enjoy one exceptional dinner for two at Ocre Restaurant during your stay: an exclusive Tasting Menu prepared by our chef Alvar Albaladejo (includes wine pairing with local and national wines).
You will have the option to visit the Es Fangar winery (in Felanitx), which is famous for its history, philosophy and wine producing methods. Your visit to this winery will end in the tasting room to try up to four eco-friendly wines from the winery accompanied by some Mallorcan snacks.
Finally and undoubtedly the most special of these activities, attend a Cooking MasterClass of up to three hours with our chef, who will reveal the secrets behind an exquisite Arroz de Calamar a la Brasa (Grilled squid rice).
Minimum stay: three nights.

The Chef’s Tasting Menu dinner at Ocre Restaurant must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. This includes a special menu designed by our chef plus a wine pairing with local and national wines. One dinner for two during your stay.
The winery tour must be booked at least 72 hours in advance. This does not include transportation and will be subject to availability based on days that the winery might be closed.
The Cooking MasterClass with our chef must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance.
A minimum stay of three nights is required.
