SANTANYÍ – MAJORCA
MALLORCA FROM THE SEA
Santanyí’s exceptional location in the south-eastern corner of Mallorca gives its visitors access to unspoilt beaches and coves with white sand and crystal-clear waters. Visiting Mallorca from the sea is a different way to discover hidden spots, many only accessibly by boat.
Mallorca is the first choice for many golf fans. As the island has mild temperatures, this sport can be played all year round. The Vall d’Or 18-hole course is near Santanyí. Golfers are afforded sea views and can enjoy the Mediterranean breeze while they play a round surrounded by woodland with pine, almond and olive trees. Its landscape, closeness to the sea, design and the well-looked-after greens make playing here a rewarding experience.
With over 300 days of sunshine, Mallorca is the ideal place for cycling. A wide variety of tourist cycle routes for discovering magnificent landscapes, some alongside the sea, and totally safe roads to ride on. At Can Ferrereta we have a Bike Station to offer our guests everything they need to enjoy a two-wheeled experience.
ES TRENC SALT FLATS
A must-visit to discover the arid landscape of the salt flats of Es Trenc. An original and alternative activity to learn about the most important salt producer on the island. A different landscape of pink lagoons and salt mountains in a profitable and protected environment.
Mallorca is chosen by many hikers because of its stunning nature and moderate climate throughout the year. The municipality of Santanyí offers several itineraries for lovers of prehistory, nature, plants and wildlife; some even end with a dip in the Mediterranean sea.
HOT AIR BALLOON RIDE
